Fall 2025 Yoga Classes
Mondays and Wednesdays | 5 to 6 p.m. | Athletics Center, Room G2-12
Join us for yoga classes this semester in the Athletics Center, Room G2-12! Yoga has many positive benefits, such as reduced stress and anxiety, increased flexibility, strength and greater body awareness. Classes are open to the College's students, faculty and staff.

Please register a locker inside the Athletics Center with our Equipment Manager, Jesus Godoy to store your personal belongings prior to Monday, September 29th
