Helping Our Students Reach Their Full Potential

The program provides comprehensive academic, career, and psycho-social support to help students persist, succeed, and complete their educational goals.

Participants receive personalized, wraparound services intended to reduce barriers to success and promote a sense of belonging and stability throughout their college experience.

  • Social and Basic Needs Support: Referrals to on- and off-campus resources, including social services, mental health supports, legal assistance and wellness resources.
