Get your transcript in electronic PDF format within a half hour. This new value added service is available 24/7, and is provided by National Student Clearinghouse over a secured Internet site on behalf of Community College of Philadelphia. You will need a valid major credit card to complete the transaction.

As of July 1, 2024, the US Department of Education (ED) prohibits most transcript withholding for students who receive federal financial aid. To align with regulations, the Community College of Philadelphia will no longer prevent students from receiving their transcripts with outstanding balances. However, please try to resolve your financial obligation with the college.

You will be notified via email or letter if an order cannot be processed because of an institutional hold.
