Blending movement, visual expression, storytelling, and reflective dialogue, participants will engage in creative processes that cultivate empathy, emotional awareness, and authentic connection. Through guided artistic activities, learn to recognize your feelings and needs, and those of others, as a foundation for compassionate communication and conflict transformation. These events will take place through Dec. 11, excluding Thanksgiving Day.
