Campers in our Jr. STEM program working in four camp modules will combine their knowledge to produce Aladdin Jr. the Musical, based on the 1992 Disney film and the 2014 Broadway adaptation. Students in the 3D printing camp learned to use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and 3D printers to design and print the props; campers in our Robotic Engineering camp learned to use the Engineering Design process as they designed and built stage set elements while using robotics to animate set pieces; coding camp focused on physical computing to customize costumes; and our Performing Arts campers learned the mechanics of performing arts and will serve as the actors. Aladdin Jr. the Musical is a licensed musical production through Music Theater International Broadway Junior Program.
