Join us for breakfast with Dr. Bonilla-Rodriguez, a national leading authority on leadership development, especially as it pertains to diversity and inclusion. Her research about Latina leadership in the U.S. has served as a foundation to address the urgency of leadership development for a fast-growing population and create a pipeline of diverse leaders. Her published written accomplishments include her recent book Modern Marianismo: Its Relevance and the Connection to Impostor Syndrome and Perfectionism, as well as co-authoring Gender, Race and Ethnicity in the Workplace and Today’s Inspired Latina.
