What to Expect

Noncredit Class Formats

In-Person Classes

In-person classes take place on campus, in our world-class learning facilities. These classes often combine hands-on learning and labs with lectures and test-taking.

Live-Online

Live-online classes take place in a synchronous setting, where students are expected to attend classes at the same time every week on Zoom. These courses provide the benefits of live instruction and classroom interaction with the convenience of attending class online.

Hybrid Classes

Hybrid classes include a blend of both live and anytime online learning, and potentially limited in-person meetings.

Anytime Online

Online classes without real-time interaction. Coursework is delivered through a learning management system via web, email and message boards. Pace yourself and complete the coursework when it is convenient for you.
