The College’s Athletics Center is located between the Pavilion and Winnet buildings on 17th Street. It features a weight training room with Hammer Strength equipment; a cardio room with bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines; and an exercise room.

Aerobics

Aerobics classes are held for current students, faculty and staff in the aerobics/dance room on the second floor of the Athletics Center. Choose the class or classes that are right for you, and add aerobic fitness to your daily routine.

We offer Step/Cardio aerobics, Stretch classes, Pilates, Boot Camp sessions, Zumba, Power Step aerobics and more. Come dressed and ready to sweat! Log into the Colonial Community for full class listings or stop by the Athletics Center to pick up a schedule.

Yoga

Come rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with a flowing mix of power yoga, dance stretches and abdominal work! Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, you will have fun participating and will end up feeling energized yet relaxed.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to join us in the Athletics Center for Yoga. Schedules are posted in the Athletics Center and the Pride Portal.
