Reckoning and Repair: Race, Justice and the Road to Healing

True justice requires both accountability and restoration. This year’s Law and Society Week will focus on confronting racial injustice, acknowledging harm, and exploring how communities, institutions, and individuals can engage in the hard but necessary work of repair and reconciliation.

Presented by the Fox Rothschild Center for Law and Society.

Rescheduled Opening Session with Keynote Speaker Joanna McClinton, Esq., Speaker, Pennsylvania House of Representatives

Through critical reflection and real-world insights, Rep. McClinton will examine the urgent need to address racial injustice in legal and public safety systems, emphasizing that meaningful justice requires both accountability and restoration. Attendees will be invited to consider their role in advancing a vision of justice that not only responds to wrongdoing but also repairs relationships and restores dignity.
