About This Certificate

The Real Estate Proficiency Certificate is an 18-credit hour credential for students who are interested in becoming real estate salespersons, investors, or property managers; all career paths that do not require an associate or undergraduate degree. This certificate is also appropriate for individuals who currently hold a real estate license and who wish to learn more detailed information about areas of real estate that are not a primary focus in the Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Fundamentals courses. Students are introduced to real estate principles, sales, practices, law, property management, investments, and financing. The Real Estate Proficiency Certificate supports preparation for the Real Estate Salesperson licensing examination.
