Counseling

Staffed by professional counselors, the College’s Counseling Center offers you free educational, career and personal counseling services. Counselors also assist both current students and graduates who wish to continue their education at another institution. Information discussed in counseling is kept strictly confidential.

Virtual Drop-in Sessions

Between Aug. 15 and Sept. 13, 2024, Counseling will only be offering drop-in sessions. No appointments will be available as we work to assist students with registration for the fall semester.

Virtual drop-in (VDI) will be held Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. via Zoom.

Occasionally, due to student volume, virtual drop-in might be locked to allow counselors to work with students already in line. If the room is locked, we have reached the maximum number of students for that day, and you will have to attend the next session. Virtual drop-in sessions will not be available on August 22, 27 and 28.

In-person drop-in will be held between Monday through Friday between 1:30 and 4 p.m. on the Main Campus in the Bonnell Building, Room BG-07.

Transfer students are seen only during in-person drop-in. New students with no previous college credits and continuing students in good academic standing should see Academic Advising for registration assistance.

Students on academic probation, readmit students (away from the College 2+ years), and incoming transfer students must schedule an appointment to register.
