	Opportunity Now The College's Opportunity Now program provides Philadelphia residents who have been laid off from a full-time, nonseasonal position—either permanently or indefinitely—with a tuition-free opportunity to make a new career start. Learn about Opportunity Now
	Returning to Learning If you are a City of Philadelphia employee, here is your opportunity to accomplish your academic goals for less. You can graduate from Community College of Philadelphia at a 25% reduced tuition rate and move on to one of our cooperating four-year institutions to receive your bachelor's at the same reduced rate.
