Weekly Information Tours

Campus information tours are available at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on most Tuesdays at the Main Campus Welcome Center. Please check the current schedule here; hours are always subject to change. While walk-ins are welcome on designated tour dates and times, a reservation is appreciated so we can better prepare for your visit. Registering also allows us to notify you of any schedule changes to your tour.

Tours at our Northeast, Northwest and West Regional Center/Automotive Services Building are available on Ask Admission Days.  Check the schedule of Ask Admission Days at the Regional Centers of the College below and register for the event to tour at those locations.

Check our schedule and reserve your space on a Main Campus tour.  If you plan to bring more than four guests, please refer to the Group Tour instructions below.

Your visit will include an information session with an admission representative and a general campus tour. A visit to classes in session is not offered. As a community college with a primary mission of serving the residents of Philadelphia, we are a commuter school and do not have student dormitories.

Group Tours

To arrange a tour for your group of four or more, please contact the College recruiter assigned to your school or group. If you do not have an assigned recruiter or know who your recruiter is, please contact Diane Kae, Manager of Student Outreach and Recruitment to arrange your tour. Please provide as much information as possible, including name and address of your school or group or organization, your name, title and phone number, number of people in the group, age or grade level, a brief description of the group, and desired dates and times. You will be contacted by an admission staff member to arrange and confirm your group tour.

Express Enrollment Day for First Time College Students

It's time to get your future started!  This event is designed for first-time college students.
The earlier you come, the more you can accomplish in this special one-day event. Start in the Welcome Center and get your Priority Pass for access to expedited services for the day. Advance in the steps to get you started on your college degree: file your application, satisfy placement, register for classes and file for financial aid.

If you haven't filed an application yet, arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to complete all steps; later arrivals may be able to complete some, but not all steps.
PHOTO ID REQUIRED for all participants. Guests are not permitted in testing or registration events; waiting areas will be available.

Please note: To file your FAFSA at this event, it will be much easier if you create an FSA ID in advance of the event. The FSA ID ― a username and password ― has replaced the Federal Student Aid PIN and must be used to log in to certain U.S. Department of Education websites. Your FSA ID confirms your identity when you access your financial aid information and electronically sign Federal Student Aid documents. If you do not already have an FSA ID, you can create one when logging into fafsa.gov. If you are under 24 years old, you will also need a different valid email address for your parent/s; they need to create a separate FSA ID. You should also bring your 2016 tax documents and, if possible, your parent’s tax documents as well.

Express Enrollment Day for Guest Students

This event is designed for guest students who want to enroll in our late summer classes that begin on July 10, 2018, or fall semester classes that start on September 4, 2018. If you plan on taking a credit course or courses to transfer to the college or university where you are a student, you are a guest student.

The earlier you come, the more you can accomplish in this special one-day event. Start in the Welcome Center and get your Priority Pass for access to expedited services for the day. Complete your application and registration for classes as a guest or non-matriculating student in a single visit to campus. Bring your unofficial transcript/s or permission letters and receive personalized assistance in navigating our course finder and registration process. Save even more time by filing your admission application online prior to the event.

Payment for summer classes is due at the time of registration; payment for fall classes is due August 8, 2018. Payment plans are available. PHOTO ID REQUIRED for all participants.
