At the heart of supervising and managing other people is how you communicate with them. In this workshop, you will learn and practice an effective communication model, active listening techniques, nonverbal communication and presentation skills. You will get feedback from your peers and the instructor on your own communication style. This workshop teaches managers and supervisors how to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively, solve problems and manage positive change in the corporate culture.
