Understanding different generations and the gaps between them has many applications – the way we buy and sell, lead and follow, communicate, and interact with authority and technology. Generational diversity covers all of these topics and more. Research, backed by life experience, tells us that the different generations each approach life, work and relationships from a distinct angle. This half-day workshop builds on good personal and teamwork skills by understanding the generational similarities and differences that make up the “team.” You will learn how to leverage your skills, knowledge, ability and experience through interactive applications and discussion.
