Food, Nutrition and Health Certificate

The outcome of this certificate is for the learner to describe a holistic overview of current food and nutrition issues and their impact on physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and planetary health.  You will examine topics like the impact of obesity on health, how to improve health by swapping processed sugar for other sweeteners, and the health benefits of probiotics and herbs. This certificate is designed for individuals working in the health care field and those interested in the topic.
