Christine Coulter, Philly’s new acting police commissioner, is the first woman to hold the position

Christine M. Coulter has become Philadelphia’s first female police commissioner. Coulter has an associate's degree in criminal justice from Community College of Philadelphia, along with a bachelor's in organizational management from Eastern University and a master's in public safety management from St. Jospeh's University.
