Philadelphia L.E.A.D.S. will help you learn important skills that will bring you success during your college career in and your professional life. While participating in this program, you will discover its many benefits, including:

• RESUME BOOSTER: Organized and documented volunteer service projects will add depth to your resume and help you gain valuable experience;

• GOOD CITIZENSHIP: Increase your awareness of community activities and issues;

• ENHANCE STUDENT LIFE: Develop new ideas or improve existing student activities;

• STUDENT INVOLVEMENT: Meet new people, have fun and get the chance to help make decisions about activities for your fellow students; and

• RECOGNITION: Annual recognition reception in the spring. Each Society member is awarded a certificate of completion before administrators, faculty, staff, and peers.
