How do I purchase tickets to area attractions What area attraction tickets are available for purchase?To qualify, student must be a registered student for the current semester taking credited classes, with classes paid in full and show the College's picture I.D. Come to S1-19 to obtain a labeled cashier's receipt. Immediately after student pays money at cashier, return to S1-19 for tickets with paid cashier's receipt. Tickets are available for the following area attractions: African American Museum, The Franklin Institute, The Philadelphia Zoo, Please Touch Museum, and the new Adventure Aquarium. Buses normally depart around 8:30 AM and return around 8:30 PM the same day. In the past, the Student Life Center has sold tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Producers, and Aida. Back to TopWhat are the Student Life Center Office Hours?The Student Life Center normal operating hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.Back to TopWhat services are offered out of the Student Life Center?The Student Life Center is home to International Student Services, Clubs, Organizations, Student Government Association, Phi Theta Kappa, Student Ambassadors, and Philadelphia L.E.A.D.S. Likewise, ticket sales for movies, local attractions, and bus trips are sold here. Monthly themed programs such as Law and Society Week, International Festival, the Film Series, African American Heritage Month, and Hispanic Heritage Month are produced by this office. Volunteer as an Adopt-A-School tutor, sign up as an Orientation Leader, became an executive member of a club, or become a member of the Philadelphia L.E.A.D.S. program.
