This memorandum reaffirms
already established college practice.
Home telephone numbers and addresses of members of the General Faculty
may be released only to members of
the staff of Community College of Philadelphia.
Any member of the General
Faculty who wishes to make an exception to this rule is requested to inform, in
writing, his or her immediate supervisor and the Office of Human Resources.
It is understood, however,
that the College must, upon request, provide addresses and telephone numbers of
employees of the College to properly identified and credentialed agents of the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, State and local police, and the Courts.
