Welcome

The major goal of the Institute is to develop leaders and potential leaders within the College community by fostering the ability of individuals to meet new challenges the College will face in an era of rapid change. The Institute also provides a broad perspective of the College and the opportunity to interact and work collaboratively with people from various departments.
