Advance Scheduling of Instructional Spaces for the FL12 Semester

Faculty members and departments acting on their behalf may submit requests for instructional spaces 3 weeks prior to the first day of instruction of the FL12 semester. Requests will be accepted beginning 8/14/12.

Student clubs & organizations may submit room requests for instructional spaces 30 days prior to the first day of instruction of the fall semester. For student clubs & organizations, requests must originate from a College employee in Student Affairs authorized to request instructional rooms. Requests will be accepted beginning 8/4/12.

Exceptions for reservations that must be scheduled more than 30 days before the start of the semester may be submitted and will be forwarded to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for approval. We realize this may be an inconvenience, but the ability to schedule additional classes during the enrollment cycle to meet the needs of our students must remain our first priority when assigning space.

Normally, you will be notified by e-mail within 3 business days of submitting your request.* Due to the large number of requests received two weeks prior to and after the start of the semester, response time may take longer than 3 business days. Please plan accordingly.

All room reservation requests must be submitted via this online form. Due to the large number of requests being made, we are unable to process telephone or email requests.

If the first date of your request is sooner than 3 business days, please visit our office, M2-34, and speak to one of the schedulers.

* Requests should be submitted to your department head for approval. If approved, the request will then be forwarded to this office for processing. This may increase the amount of time necessary to process your request so please plan accordingly.
