Admission Procedure for Visiting/Summer Students
Visiting/summer students from other colleges that are taking classes at
Community College of Philadelphia must follow the procedure
for admission. In addition, they must request that all post-secondary
institutions previously attended send official transcripts of their academic
records to the Office of Student Records and Registration (BG-6). Students
are also required to submit a Transcript Evaluation Request Card to the
Office of Student Records and Registration.
- Placement testing may be waived on the basis of these transcripts.
- Students are responsible for having their transfer credits evaluated prior to registration to avoid duplication of course work.
