First Class Program
Never taken a college credit course? Now you can—for free—if you work for an organization that is a member of the following: African-American Chamber of Commerce, Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce or the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. If you started on the path to a college degree several or many years ago, but never finished, this tuition assistance opportunity may be for you. My Degree Now is a debt-free degree program for students who previously attended college and are committed to returning and earning a degree. Learn more.

Opportunity Now
The College’s Opportunity Now program seeks to help unemployed individuals create new possibilities for themselves by providing a one time, one semester, tuition-free opportunity to Philadelphia residents who have been permanently or indefinitely laid off. Learn more.
