Employee Benefits
Contact the employee benefits area if you have any questions concerning your medical, prescription drug, dental, life, long term disability or retirement plans. They can also provide you with information concerning the College's short term disability and income protection benefit programs. The employee benefits area is also responsible for the Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts, and the commuter benefit program. Do you wish to change a beneficiary, or add/delete a dependent under your medical or dental plan? Any of the following individuals will be glad to help.

Employment
The employment area is responsible for faculty and staff recruiting including job postings, external advertising and initial review of resumes/CV's for full time faculty and visiting lecturers; full time, part time and temporary staff positions; temporary employment agency needs; and conducting background checks.
If you have any questions about recruiting or would like to refer someone to any open positions, contact the appropriate individual in the recruitment area.

Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
The HRIS area is responsible for maintenance of the HR module of the Banner system, and provides the primary coordination with the payroll office. If you need address labels or a report from the system, these are the people to contact. Changes to demographic information such as name changes, address changes, etc. are handled by the HRIS area. They also handle employee verification.
