Student Clubs
The Office of Student Life recognizes and registers all student clubs.
These groups provide a variety of involvement opportunities for both full-
and part-time students, ranging from academic and cultural to civic and
special interest. Clubs sponsor a wide variety of activities on campus
for students and are organized by students. Many of the clubs meet weekly
or monthly. All clubs welcome new members to join in their activities
and attend meetings.
While getting involved in extracurricular activities is encouraged, academic
responsibility is every students' primary responsibility. For this reason,
students involved in extracurricular activities are expected to maintain
at least a 2.0 grade point average (GPA). Students interested in becoming
an officer of any club are expected to maintain at least a 2.5 GPA.
