Apply for Graduation

Commencement and the official awarding of degrees take place once a year at the conclusion of the Spring semester. However, a student may fulfill graduation requirements at the conclusion of any semester or summer session. Students who intend to meet the requirements for graduation at the end of any term should submit an application to the graduation evaluators in Student Records and Registration. Applications should be submitted no later than three weeks after the start of the student's last semester or summer session.

Students who do not meet graduation requirements must submit a new Graduation Application for the next term in which they anticipate graduation.
