Change My Student Information

It is the student's responsibility to keep the College informed of any information change. Changing information can be submitted two ways using MyCCP or by completing a Change of Information form.

Currently enrolled students should log into their MyCCP account under the "Student tab" and select "Personal Information" to make changes to their mailing address or phone number. Students may also download the Change of Information form to complete and submit in person with proper identification at any campus for processing. Any changes to student information received via fax or mail OR forms submitted without a signature will NOT be processed.

Changes to a student's permanent address, name, and/or social security number, MUST be done in- person and requires appropriate documentation. 

  • If you are registering a name change, legal documentation (e.g., birth certificate, marriage certificate, or divorce decree) documentation is required.
  • Students establishing Pennsylvania or Philadelphia (city) residency must also provide proper documentation (e.g., PA driver's license).  Please refer to the Residency Statement form for further information. 
  • Social Security Number changes will require the official social security card as proof with photo identification.
