Our Food Services and Health Care training provides four different areas of training:

• ServSafe training to prepare you for ServSafe certification and re-certification as a Food Protection Manager certification and a ServSafe Alcohol workshop to prepare beverage personnel.

• Our Dietary Managers Association accredited training prepares you to become a Certified Dietary Manager and our CDM review course prepares you for the examination. Click here for full details and to download the application. Application must be completed and approved before registering.

• Our Pharmacy Technician program prepares you for a career as a pharmacy technician.

How to view currently scheduled courses and register:

1. Select the training program area from the View Information About drop down menu below.

2. Click on the highlighted title to see the description, schedule, and price.

3. When you decide on a training program, note the bolded information e.g. TRAN B9006, click on "REGISTER ONLINE" below to go to the new online registration page. It will open in a new window so you can easily check back for the information you need.
