About the Foundation

Mission

The Community College of Philadelphia Foundation enhances and enriches the educational experiences of Community College of Philadelphia students by providing external resources to support the College's mission. As the private funding development arm of Community College of Philadelphia, the Foundation seeks to support the College's mission by bringing together community leaders who will serve as ambassadors of the College broadening the College's image within the community. The Foundation serves the College by creating partnerships with individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations to raise private gifts for scholarships, instructional equipment, professional development, and capital needs of the College.

Our community effort in building, shaping, and encouraging others is more clearly demonstrated each year through the development efforts at Community College of Philadelphia.

The Foundation raises funds through its annual fund campaign, special events programs, and individual and corporate solicitations.
