How do I join the Association of Former Students?
We’re thrilled to welcome former students and recent graduates alike into our new 200,000-strong Association of Former Students, which replaces our original Alumni Association. Get excited, because you’re a part of a BIG community with amazing accomplishments. Expect to receive notice of annual College activities, networking events and involvement opportunities that will keep you connected. Be sure to submit your current contact information, and update it if you move. There’s no ID card required, just keep your pride, passion and appreciation for the College alive by sharing your story with others.

Can I access the College Library and Computer Lab facilities?
Our newly-launched CCP Connect pass allows Association members who have attained 30 or more credit hours at the College to enjoy ongoing access to specific College facilities. Its $50 fee can be paid online via credit card [click here to access the form] or in-person at 1500 Spring Garden Street, 7th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Should you need information mailed to you, email your request to alumni@ccp.edu.

How do I gain user privileges for the College Gymnasium?
Gym privileges are $60 per year and are only available to those with CCP Connect status (see answer to last question). Gym privileges can only be purchased in-person by visiting us at 1500 Spring Garden Street, 7th Floor, Philadelphia, PA, 19130.

Are there discounts for Association/CCP Connect members taking courses?
Not at this time.

How do I get another copy of my diploma?
To obtain a new copy of your diploma, visit the College's Records and Registration Department to fill out a back order diploma form. Copies are $15 each. Contact Records and Registration, Graduate Division, at 215.751.8864, 8244 or 8252 with questions.

How do I get a copy of my transcript to document grades, graduation date, etc?
Unofficial transcripts can be printed via your MyCCP account.

If you do not have a MyCCP account or cannot log in to it, follow either step below to obtain an official transcript copy (from $3.50–$13.00):

—Go to www.gettranscript.com (credit card only)

—Visit Main Campus Records and Registration Office, Mint Building, Room MG-20, and wait while your copy prints. (Longer wait times may occur during peak periods such as the first week of classes.)

Can I purchase a diploma frame?
Diploma frames are $30 each (cash only). To purchase, visit the Office of Institutional Advancement at 1500 Spring Garden Street, 7th floor, in person. They cannot be mailed.

I lost my Alumni ID, how do I get a new one?
There is a $10 fee to replace a College ID payable at the Cashier’s Office in the Bonnell Building, Room BG-38. Hand-deliver your receipt to the Office of Institutional Advancement at 1500 Spring Garden Street, 7th Floor, in exchange for a new authorization form that you can take to the Security Office for a replacement ID.  Your new ID will be labeled “CCP Connect.”

How do I obtain degree verification for employment?
The College's Records and Registration Department handles degree verification. Contact either:
