Opportunities

The Program is established in order to provide opportunities to:

• Help promote Community College of Philadelphia as a desirable environment within which members of minority groups may establish careers.
• Help provide diverse role models and mentors for the benefit of all College students.
• Further diversify the College work force.
• Recognize part-time minority faculty for their contributions to the College.
