The Minority Fellowship Program
The Minority Fellowship Program is an initiative jointly sponsored by the Board of Trustees and the Faculty Federation of Community College of Philadelphia. It began in the Spring 1996 semester. The objective of the Program is to enable the College to more effectively attract and develop minority talent as permanent, tenure-track employees.
The goals of the Program are achieved through the development of substantive relationships between Fellows and College faculty members chosen as mentors. A receptive campus-wide environment facilitates both the development of these relationships and goal attainment.
