COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF PHILADELPHIA
COUNSELING DEPARTMENT

Select Programs
Select Programs are academic programs with admission
requirements that potential students must fulfill for entry into the program.
These requirements could include specific prerequisite courses, a test,
a certain grade point average, an audition, the submission of a portfolio,
etc. Students who do not meet the entry criteria will be placed in
an alternate program. Students can either remain in the alternate program
or choose to change to another non select program by filing for a change
of curriculum. Consult the College's catalogue to find out admission
requirements for particular programs.
Non-Select Programs
Non-Select Programs are academic programs that are open to anyone who applies
and meets the College's minimum admission requirements. Consult the College's
catalogue to find out admission requirements for particular programs.
