Electronic Text Collections
Many of the electronic text sites offer full texts that you can cut and paste into your screen reader. One easy way to cut and paste is to highlight, or select, what you want to copy, then click on your right mouse button. When you do, a pull down box will appear, and one of the options should be “Copy.” Select “Copy” and then go into your screen reader application. You can click on the right mouse button again and now click “Paste.” If you have trouble operating the mouse:
- Ctrl A = select all
- Ctrl C = copy
- Ctrl V = paste
