Bill Wenrich is chancellor emeritus of the Dallas County Community College District in Dallas, Texas, where he was chancellor from 1990 to 2003. Previously, Wenrich was chancellor for the San Diego Community College District in San Diego, California, from 1988 10 1990. He earned an A.B. in International and Public Affairs from Princeton University, an M.A. in University Administration from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Community Adult Education from the University of Michigan.
Data Facilitator
Thomas J. Smith is a social policy consultant with more than 25 years of experience in planning and researching youth employment, youth development, welfare and educational programs. He spent more than 16 years at Public/Private Ventures, a non-profit youth research and program development intermediary. In this position, he was a member of the management team and designed and managed national youth demonstrations and research projects for foundations and the federal government. In addition, he has worked on projects to develop performance benchmarks for human service and youth programs. Smith has a Master's in Public Administration from the Wharton Graduate Division, University of Pennsylvania.
