The College Provides Three Different Ways to Order Your Transcripts
To order transcripts in person, visit the Enrollment Central Counter on the Main Campus (Bonnell Building, Ground Floor). Limited services are currently available at the Northeast Regional Center (12901 Townsend Road), Northwest Regional Center (1300 West Godfrey Avenue) and West Regional Center (4725 Chestnut Street).
Transcripts may be requested for same day pick-up at the Main Campus only and can be available in one hour; picture identification is required. One-hour transcript requests must be placed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for same day pick-up. Transcripts not picked up within seven days will be mailed.

Please include the following: name, last four digits of your social security number or your student identification number, complete address to which each transcript is to be mailed, and a check or money order payable to Community College of Philadelphia. Do not send cash. Document must be signed in order to process.
If you order your transcript online, there is an additional fee of $2 plus the shipping/delivery fee.
This service is available 24/7 and is provided by National Student Clearinghouse over a secured Internet site on behalf of Community College of Philadelphia. You will need a valid major credit card to complete the transaction.
