Education

Shaping Future Minds

Our Education programs prepare you to create an effective learning environment in a classroom setting. You will learn how to understand and communicate with students of different learning levels, use classroom technology, create activities and assignments, and manage classroom behavior. These Education programs include field experience in which you’ll visit classrooms, observing or participating. Every week, you’ll attend a weekly seminar with your fellow Education students to share ideas and connect theory with practice. Along the way, your Education advisor will help you select classes required for transfer to a four-year college.
