Receptionist and Office Clerk Proficiency Certificate
Our Receptionist and Office Clerk proficiency certificate program will teach you the basic skills necessary to work in an office environment and prepare various business documents using Microsoft Office software applications. This program will help you develop excellent oral and written communication skills, and teach you to use email, the Internet and computer software for a business environment.
Upon receiving your proficiency certificate, you may enter the workforce, or your courses may be applied to Liberal Arts – General Option or the Computer Information Systems – Information Technology associate's degree programs at the College, as well as transfer to a four-year college.
