TRIO Upward Bound
TRIO Upward Bound is a U.S. Department of Education grant funded project designed to provide targeted high school students with the academic skills and motivation necessary for persistence and completion of secondary and post-secondary education. The program provides students with a variety of services including supplemental instruction, tutoring, counseling and transition programs.
